SHIPPING
We charge a flat fee of $10 for shipping most items. We are true patriots and use Canada Post ground service for most of our shipments. If for any reason you have a different preferred shipping method, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Packages usually arrive 7 business days after being shipped. We strive to make that a maximum of 10 days after you place your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
While we do try to accommodate international orders, please note that shipping and taxes will be significantly higher. These will be calculated and charged to your account after completion of your order on the site. To make a purchase for delivery outside of Canada please send an email with the item name, designer and size to [email protected]. I will handle your order personally.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase please let us know.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery of your pieces. Simply send us an email at [email protected] with the reason for your return. We will provide you with necessary details to make the return. It is usually simply a matter of providing instructions on how to use the enclosed return parcel bag included with your order.
If you are making an exchange let us know what item you would like to replace the one you have, so we can put it aside for you.
We are a boutique sized store which means, we have select amounts from each of our designers, we will try our best to ensure you are happy with your purchases and that you get the pieces you can’t live without.
